BIO
Jeffrey Duval

teaches yoga at Sonic Yoga in Hell's Kitchen, NYC, and is also on the teacher training faculty with Sonic's Center for Yogic Studies. Jeffrey also teaches at Columbia University, and instructs private clients.

Jeffrey is a registered 500 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, and completed his teacher training at Sonic Yoga, NYC and Shiva Rea's Samudra Global School of Living Yoga.

Jeffrey also has a BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and an MFA in Dance from New York University's Tisch School for the Arts.

Jeffrey teaches and is inspired by Prana Flow®, developed by Shiva Rea, which sources the prana-shakti or vital energy, to initiate flow or a state of unified consciousness.
