Jeffrey DuvalMFA, 500 EYRT, has been teaching for 10 years, but it feels like 2. Jeffrey teaches Prana Flow classes, inspired by Shiva Rea, teacher trainings, retreats, and Yoga Trance Dance events. Jeffrey is a staff member of the teacher training school at Sonic, teaches yoga at Columbia University and works professionally as a dancer in NYC with Tiffany Mills Company. Jeffrey is continually inspired by yoga and its universal and evolutionary movement, offering balance or new pathways towards our full potential and bliss.
